Happy New Moon AND Solar Eclipse AND Lunar New Year!

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. And that is the truth, today and every single day. However, today truly is a potent portal of transformation - lean into the powerful swirl of energy and call in all the newness that your mind, body, and soul are craving.

New Moons are periods of expansion and times of stepping through new doors. Solar Eclipses charge this time even more as eclipses are portals of destiny. This is the beginning of the first eclipse season of 2026 - and also the first day of the Lunar New Year.

Accelerated shifts and opportunities are coming straight at us right now. Energy is moving fast, and because of this, resist impulses and do not make big decisions. Be open to the doors presenting themselves, but remember that you do not need to spring through all of them at once.

Trust that shifts are happening in your life. Trust that movement is happening, and trust in yourself that you can break free of patterns that do not serve you right now. Commit to yourself and show that you know how to keep a promise to the most important person in your life (hint, hint, that is you). And remember that you do not need to know what it is. You just need to trust that it is and will be.

Aquarius is a sign all about authenticity and change. This airy sign is about innovation and forward-thinking. Ruled by Uranus and Saturn, the eleventh sign of the zodiac are visionaries - harness this energy to go after the exact life that you are craving. This is a season of coming together, of community, and of collaboration.

There is a reason that meditation and manifestation are so powerful. Sit with yourself for a few minutes at the beginning of your day and give yourself the freedom to fully daydream about all of your goals, wishes, and desires. Visualize yourself as that, whatever it is. See yourself in that light. Do this first thing in the morning, and allow that version of yourself to lead the way for the rest of the day. Sit with yourself again at night and contemplate on how those small moments of action and the direction of your thoughts impacted your day, and how they made it better.
